Please read below important information reagarding your ticket purchase:

Receipt

Please keep the printout of your receipt as proof of payment to be presented at the conference and the banquet (if applicable).

Conference Cancelation/Refund Policy

Refunds will only be honored if the cancellation is made on or prior to January 25th, 2016.  Please note: a 10% administrative fee will be taken out of the refund.

Cancellations made after January 25th, 2016 are not eligible for a refund.

Price inclusions

“without banquet” ticket
Includes:  all applicable taxes; breakfast, lunch and snacks on Saturday and Sunday; and all conference materials.

“with banquet” ticket
Includes:  all applicable taxes; breakfast, lunch and snacks on Saturday and Sunday; all conference materials; banquet at 6:00 p.m. at Piatto Bistro, Mississauga.
