Registration

Pre-conference registration and abstract submission are now closed, but it will be possible to register in person at the meeting on the mornings of Aug 7 and 8. We also will continue to consider late-breaking poster submissions: please e-mail abstracts to tips2@utoronto.ca; see our abstract submission page for details.

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Registration (till June 20 2014)
Non-student: $150.00; Student: $80.00 (incl. HST)

Regular Registration (June 21 - 20 July 2014)
$200.00 (incl. HST)

Student Registration (June 21 - 20 July 2014)
$100.00 (incl. HST). Make sure to indicate if you intend to give a 2-minute talk.

On-site registration (as space allows)
$250.00 (full) / $150.00 (1-day) (incl. HST)

 

Registration includes:

  • Free parking in Lot 9 only
  • Courtesy Shuttle Bus service between St. George Campus and Mississauga Campus (Thurs and Fri)
  • Admission to Thursday mixer (food provided)
  • Lunch (Thursday and Friday)
  • Coffee / snack during refreshment breaks
  • Admission to all oral sessions, poster sessions, and plenary sessions
  • Registration package (including printed program with presentation titles)

 

Registration does NOT include:

  • Accommodation. Must be booked separately. We are arranging favourable rates with local hotels; some residence space also will be available.
